How to order / order information

Pricing

All prices are quoted for delivery to the buyers designated shippingagent in Delhi or Mumbai.

Payment

To schedule an order for production, a minimum deposit of 40% will need to reach our bank within two weeks of your acceptance of our performa invoice. All orders will be processed on a first come first served basis. Thebalance payment shall either be made through an irrevocable letterof credit payable at site or through wire transfer before despatch of goods for shipment and/or after inspection by the buyingagent designated by the buyer, if any.

Insurance

We insure the goods until hand over to the designated shipper.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for insurance thereafter.

Sampling

Costs for the initial samples for a confirmed production order shall be borne by us, but the courier charges pertaining to the same shall be borne by the buyer. All other sampling shall be at the buyers cost and an additional sampling surcharge of 50% shall be payable.

Packaging

Each product will be stuffed with paper and packed in a in an individual bag. All products will be packed in a standard carton, which will be dulymarked with the following details:

•Consignee
•Consigner
•Contents
•Invoice Number
•Order Number
•Quantity
•Box Number

Labelling

All products carry a ‚conserve-Made in India‘tag sewn inside the product. Details of the information provided are given below.

A swing tag providing information about the product/project is optional at no extra cost.
